A lot of snow fell in a short amount of time followed by a cold, strong wind. After digging my car out of a snow bank, I walk around downtown Manchester to see how many people stayed open (or closed)...The City did a very fast job removing the snow; lots of overtime available with the reset of budgets in the new year.
Fun Fact: the street through downtown Manchester (Elm Street) is the only downtown in the USA that dead ends on both ends
