Winner Rules - Rule No#9 : Master The Flow

Hi dear steemians,
Another winner rule for you to rock your life!

To be a highly productive person, you must master the Flow state!
A flow state is a deep state of focus on your current goal.
It is when you kick ass without distractions for hours pass without you even notice, being extremely productive.
It is when the feeling of aliveness is in your whole body, and you feel like you living to your purpose.

You must learn to get into this state, some key tips are:

• Get Rid of destruction when you wnna focus - close whatsup, facebook.
• Learn what help you focus, and do it
• To be in the flow, you should be excited about your task so it won't bore you, yet it should be too extreme
  
• Generally a warm up is needed to get into the state, so start moving toward the goal!
