FACTS ABOUT PROCRASTINATION

Norman Vincent Peale said;

"If you put off everything till you're sure of it, you'll never get anything done."
source

Procrastination is seen as the action of delaying a task as much as possible until the deadline arrives. Norman asserts that such procrastinators always end up not getting anything done because if the deadline eventually never arrives, the task will inevitably be delayed forever and then, the process of a long-term procrastination begins. Remember, there is never a right time to do something, you just need to create the time.

Williams Shakespeare said;

"Defer not time, delays have dangerous ends."
source

We often neglect doing our duties because of laziness, and then, we defer them to some future time. This has severe consequences.

We lose precious time, ruin our careers, blow opportunities, end up not meeting our goals, lower our self-esteem, make poor decisions and even damage our reputation when we procrastinate. We shouldn't forget that procrastination also affect our health both mentally, spiritually and physically.

Benjamin Franklin said;

"You may delay, but time will not, and lost time is never found again."

Time waits for no man. You may delay, but time will not. We only have little or no time at our disposal and every minute we waste can never be regained. Remember time when lost, can never be regained.
