I believe that the will of the Father is all that you mentioned. All the scriptures are the will of the Father, even that still small voice, of course try the spirits whether they be of God first.. Yes, be baptized in water, be baptized in the Holy Ghost. Each member in Jesus has his or her role in the body. It is written, So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase. Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour. For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, God's building. 1 Corinthians 3:7-9.

Jesus said, And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Matthew 16:18. So the church is built upon the rock, the revelation given to Peter by the Father in heaven, the revelation of Christ, the Son of the living God and the gates of hell shall not prevail against the church that is built upon that rock. It is written again, And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ. 1 Corinthians 10:4.
