I was in a live session, and the speaker mentioned something important.

His organisation was to retain a sort of intern who worked with them. There were two of them, but they had to choose one. The staff were asked about that and all chose one of them.

Why so? It happened that the staff had a common reason; the person they chose was teachable while the other, though more qualified was the opposite, and arrogant.

Here's the question:
Would you employ or retain a person less qualified but teachable, or a more qualified but arrogant and not teachable person?
