Today was our “warm up” hike, here in the Cranbrook, British Columbia area. We went out for about a three hour, easy and almost zero elevation gain hike. I suppose you could almost call it a long nature walk! I did take trekking poles along, and even with little elevation gain, the poles do make maneuvering through the woods easier. I love my trekking poles. This trail is just south of Cranbrook, and is very popular for cross-country skiing in Winter, and hiking or fat biking in Summer. Did you notice the spider on the flower? Thanks for stopping by.
