A sunny day, not a cloud in the sky, quiet, peaceful, shoreline tranquility. As I was basking in the sun, enjoying the calm, enjoying the scenery, reflecting on the day’s hike, all of a sudden I heard this bird land behind me. Slightly startled, I turned around and it was right there, so naturally I quickly took a couple of photos (no time to pull out the dslr, you know how birds move very quickly..), then he flew away, ask quickly as he landed. It was so very close, I was able to get some clear photos! Thanks for stopping by.
