The best part of this entire hike was capturing the various reflections off the lake! Fallen trees truly give off some of the best reflections, followed closely by lake waves. Then you think to yourself, when did this tree fall and what caused it to fall?! Could have been strong winds, maybe soil destabilization, natural decay or root damage, perhaps even insect infestations or possibly a lightning strike. Who knows, we may never find out. Thanks for stopping by.
