Day #2, another beautiful afternoon. I was very lucky to get two days in a row of great weather. Fantastic. One problem, where do I park the vehicle? as the parking lot is full of cars and the attendant indicates that I should park about a kilometre away. Don’t like that answer. I’m gonna make one quick once around and see if I luck out and find one stall. Jackpot!! I’m in. Now I can begin the hike. Last time I was here was about a year and a half ago, March or so. This time there is no snow and no ice. Off I go to begin the Prairie View hike, first views out of the parking lot are of this great mountain called Mount Baldy, and gorgeous Barrier lake in front. This is Kananaskis country, Alberta. Lovin every minute of it!
