One Canoe, floating on one lake, with two canoers. At one with nature. This is Vermillion Lake, located beside the town of Banff. A perfect activity for moseying around the lake and soaking in the fantastic mountain landscapes. The mountain views around here are second to none. If you are lucky, you may even spot an Elk or a Moose. If you are extremely lucky, then possibly even a Grizzly or Black bear. One thing about canoeing is you won’t need to bring along the Bear spray, but you may want to grab a fishing rod (and don’t forget the bug repellent).
