We didn’t actually go for a hike on Mother’s Day, however the hike itself is called Mother’s Day trail. The reason for the name is for the plethora of wildflowers to been seen in May and early June. We did the hike last June, late June so the flowers weren’t quite as spectacular as they would have been. Nonetheless, it was a fun and scenic two hour hike with maybe a couple hundred metres of elevation gain. Some pretty nice views from the top which I’ll get to in the coming days. Thanks for stopping by.
