Walking around Elbow Lake was certainly a treat. It did get better as I walked around and turned to look up though. What do we have here? Looks like a good old Canadian Rockies mountain. This is the south end of Elpoca Mountain. One of many, many mountains in the surrounding area. Now there is no trail to summit this one, so not even going to try. Looks to be above my pay grade anyways. I’ll leave this one to the experts. A beautiful mountain though, ever notice how no two mountains ever look the same? There is a more climbable mountain (at least for my level) on the opposite side, which I have my eye on doing after circling the lake. Stay tuned for that.
