This is part two of my trip to the Weir, to photograph these beautiful American White Pelicans. Located in central Saskatchewan, this weir provides an ideal spot for these fellows to “pick off” the fish that come over the dam. The birds fly up from the American south, where they typically reside from November to April. Here are a few picks I took last week. A Sony A7R III & Sigma 100-400mm lens was used.
