Thanks for that big compliment! yeah, that manager was shocked. Had no idea what was going on. Skateboarding was really looked down on as some "kid's toy" and if you were anywhere over 12 years old, they questioned your maturity. They'd say "Aren't you a little too old to be riding a skateboard?" I just knew they didn't understand. I guess I'm still too old to be riding a skateboard, 40+ years later. :)
