Vietnam, Muine. I took this picture on cloudy day at the local harbor. These fisherman are experts in operating circular shaped bath tubs they use to go fishing. Those boats do not count as regular ships and therefore are taxed differently or you don't need a licence... Anyhow that's apparently some loop hole a lot of locals are taking advantage of. It was fascinating to watch them operate those tubs ;)
