Yesterday i lost a neighbor. She was a young woman who was the breadwinner of her family. She just slumped and died at the bus stop on her way home. It was a really sad case and i pray God grants her eternal rest in His bossom. She is survived by 3 young children and her husband.
I'm going to cease this opportunity to admonish us to take care of our health. Though we are all hustling and struggling to make ends meet, let us not overlook our bodies' needs. Even machines breakdown, talk more of the human body. Health is wealth.
