Not really what would be miserable is you build something died broke and your product came out in the world after your death. that's misery. money wins over principles or over life of any other person. We don't have to like it but that is how world works. I lived pro-Linux in past I was miserable open source guy NOW I use what makes money for me now, I am happy that way.
