I would love to know more how it is in your place. I have noticed most of the "easy going" developers in my city are facing lay offs and also their easy attitude is less likely stand against AI. Job lay offs and then sustaining income stream is going to be hell this 2025 to 2035. wars can reduce population and may bring some cooldown but yeah what you wrote is in motion.
