I'm not fond of the idea of forced vaccination under any circumstance. Having said that, if you must get the vaccine for some reason or are trying to determine what bests protect you, what should the guidelines be? It seems likely that neither a vaccine nor natural immunity offer permanent protection. If you are relying on natural immunity should you then get an antibody test every x number of months to determine whether you need a vaccine?
