Hey guys, been a while since I posted a fashion image. Here's me at a wedding party over the weekend. Personally I feel sarees look incredible on all woman regardless of shape, size or ethnicity. A very flattering outfit that really makes every woman look beautiful and feminine.
This plain red chiffon and houndstooth printed saree is an example of traditional meets modern. Sometimes less is more too, you don't always need all that bling!
Ladies, if you have never worn a saree before I strongly urge you to please go try one. Try your local Indian saree shop for a good selection. Or go to a fabric shop and use 6 yards of fabric to create your own. You will be so surprised at how gorgeous and slim you will feel. Heads up, just make sure it's a light thin fabric. A thicker stiffer fabric like cotton, although gorgeous will do the opposite of making you feel slimmer. Chiffon or light silk fabrics work best. And lastly, no saree is complete without wearing your smile. 😍
