What most people don't seem to accept is that the best success advice comes from those who have failed before in their career and then rose to fame afterward.
Getting career and leadership advice or mentorship from people who have never failed before will not give you everything you need to know about success. this is because no success story is ever complete without a failure story in it.
Think about the greatest men on this planet, those whose names are recorded as successful, read their stories. you will notice that at a particular point in their journey they failed, they didn't allow their failure to weigh them down. instead, they capitalized on their failure to become creative and find out other means of attaining success.
Most times you are just too slack to know your stand-in family. Without you are the first child or the last child in the family, one way or the other you will fail, and once you decide to sit on top of the bicycle, that is where your downfall starts, and you can only be a failure if you refuse to bounce back in life.
If you are afraid of failing in whatever you are doing, then what you are doing is not important.
