I am happy to be here again after long time so I share my mass Indoctrination day 3.
I have join mass indoctrination for a long time. I learned a lot of things. About prayers, love, kindness, and Christ's doctrines in general. I love learning the doctrine. It is water of life.
Some people pray with rosary. Is green with rosary right? Where does the rosary come from? It is said that the rosary is a gift. Given by st Dominic to the Catholics. It dates back to 1214. 1200 years after Christ. Christ did not teach about the rosary when he was in earth.
This na proof that rosary was not given to the Catholic by Christ. Apostle probably did not know about it.
They spend a long of time, to repeat a sentence wile they pray.
It is bad for you to pray with repetitive words.
Keep your words simple. Don't repeat your words. God already knows what you want to say even before you started the prayer.
In English, there is an adage that says that A word is enough for the wise. God is wise enough to understand your prayer even before you open your mouth to pray.
If you pray in the middle of a storm, God will hear you. He sees what is in your heart. He knows you.
You should not be like the Pharisees that prays for other people to see. They brag of their prayers. They go out for everyone to see. They open their windows wide open. They stand and shout their words and they call it prayer.
Prayer is a thing that you do in secret. When you want to pray, go into your house and close your doors and your windows and go into your closet and shot the door. Prayer with few words ad God will answer you.
It is not right for you to stand and pray. You should kneel down when you want to pray. Kneel down and bow your head.
If the situation don't permit you to kneel down, then you can stay anyhow that the situation permits. But remember, the right way to pray is to kneel down.
Before you go and pray, forgive everybody. Try make your heart to be pure so that God will also forgive you
When the early Christians prayed, they kneeled down.
