Hello everyone
Welcome to my post.
It is a new day to be in the presence of God. A beautiful day created by God. I feel blessed to see another day that is as beautiful as this. All glory to be Father for giving me the grace to see this day and for showing me mercy even when I stink with sin. Thank God for life.
I did not know about the doctrines of Christ until I joined the MCGI community. Now, I am learning it gradually, steadily and it is sinking. Even though I have not join it for the past few weeks, I am happy to join it now. The last day of the mass Indoctrination is here and baptism is tomorrow. Sadly, I was not able to start from day one. I will make out time to start from day one to the end then next time.
I was able to jot down one or two things from today mass indoctrination. Though not much, I am happy to have gotten something down on my book.
The things I was able to learn today are below;
You should not use the name of God in vain. The name of God is the most precious name. People often use this name in vain. Use it to swear and do other vain things. The Bible is telling you that you should not use this name in vain.
The church of God is also called the house of God.
Christ is the head of this house. The house of God.
There is a high priest in the Church of God.
The high priest that is in the church of God is Jesus Christ.
You should always look for the place where Christ is. Do not fall for the tricks of these other fake pastors.
You are the temple of God and the spirit of God dwells in you.
The three are in the church. The son is the head of the house of God. The Holy Spirit dwells in the house of God. The name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are all in the church. This is where you should be baptized.
There should be unity among siblings and discipline in the house of God. Brother Eli showed us how the unity helped in polishing his family. That was a beautiful thing.
Also, there are rules in the house of God. One of the commandments is baptism.
Ask yourself, where were you baptized? The temples built by men? Baptism should be done in the church of God and not in the temples built by men.
