The world is a small place. Many communities makes a local government, which makes a state, and in turn, my states makes a country.
The advent and advancement of technology has brought a lot of changes to the world. Positive and negative, one of which includes pollution.
Some people have a bad attitude in them. No matter how many times you correct them, they will always do the bad thing you are stopping them from doing.
I live in a place where every body do anything they like. When they eat a snack, thy will throw away the nylon on the ground in the street. They do not care about it. If the area is near or dirty, is none of their business. All they care about is to do what they feel like doing.
On a Tuesday afternoon, I was going back home from school. I was very tired and hungry. All I can think of is the food that is in my house.
It became unbearable, so I decided to stop by a shop and get some snacks.
I finished with my snack and I continued walking back home.
I saw a man that was Smoking. He threw the cigar butt on the floor and reached out for his pocket to get a cigar packet. He got the packet and threw it away on the street.
I was annoyed by it but I can not do anything about it.
The next day, I decided to come back home quickly. I got to my house and I took a nylon bag. I went out to the street and I began to pick up the garbage left behind.
How I felt
I was embarrassed to do it. But, I kept doing it. I love what I was doing, so I did not see any reason to stop it. If I have a chance tomorrow, I will still do it. I will still go and clean my street.
