Welcome to issue #2 of my Steemit Crypto Mag - the place where Steemians and crypto enthusiasts can enjoy all of their unbiased cryptocurrency news in a condensed format, in one place, delivered fresh, every morning.

Hello Steemians! Wow. Steemit Crypto Mag issue #1 has had an absolutely amazing first 24hrs here on Steemit, the overwhelming support I have received for Issue #1 has been a complete surprise to me and I am truly humbled by all of the upvotes, comments and messages I have received. I sincerely wish to thank each and every single person that upvoted, commented or shared issue #1. Seriously, your votes meant a lot to me, so thank you. It feels so liberating to be able to work on something I truly love and see people enjoying the content, reading all the comments and messages, that is definitely the most rewarding part for me.

Issue #2

In todays issue #2 of Steemit Crypto Mag, I have a featured article on ETC and the danger of messing with Ethereum classic, as warned by Peter Vessenes (co-founder of Bitcoin Foundation and general blockchain security expert - for those readers that may not know, Peter publicized the DAO hack, before it was public). I have been in contact with Peter personally, he is a great mind, an absolute beast when it comes to discovering security flaws on the blockchain, luckily, we have him as a white hat.

Peter undoubtedly has brought smart-contract security to the forefront of developers minds and we are very grateful to be able to call him a friend in the developer community. He is available for smart-contract security audits if you happen to be an blockchain developer (like me) and would like an extra set of eyes over your code.

Peter has done so much for the crypto community, and a lot of it probably goes mostly unnoticed, as only the hard core devs are familiar with his input and guidance, but if you have an interest in the tech side of blockchain security, I urge you to check out more of his incredible research at http://vessenes.com.

In other news - Visa Europe is trialling Bitcoin micro-payments - could this be the tipping point we have all been waiting for? In my opinion Bitcoin integration with Visa would be a great step forward in reducing the 'barriers of entry' into Bitcoin for non-technical folk. This is only good news for Bitcoin and I will be keeping a close eye on this story as it develops. For now, you can read more on this story under my 'latest news' section.

Coming up - I have a couple of exciting interviews lined up for Crypto Steemit Mag over the coming days, some of the people I am going to be interviewing you will know from Steemit, and I am definitely looking forward to publishing those. I am going to continue building up my magazine with new categories and content so that you will be able to enjoy all of your crypto news throughout the day in the one place here at #steemitcryptomag. Please feel free to suggest improvements, and post any questions, good or bad that you may have and I will answer them all.

Don't forget, you can always follow darknet@darknet or search #steemitcryptomag to stay up-to-date with the latest news from crypto. This magazine will be released almost every day, so you will have something to look forward to on a regular basis. I will always have some fresh news for you to browse to help you keep ahead of all the news in cryptoland.
