Possible fix for "error submitting to blockchain"
This was my personal experience. It doesn't mean its a solution, but its worth a try. I was unaware of being logged out of DTube. There was no visual indication i was logged out. After logging back in

Dtube video uploads fail often
Is there some sort of trick to uploading to DTube? My upload success rate is about as high as my failure rate. I'm not doing anything different with any of my videos. The last video that didn't upload
