It is important to document your artwork process carefully, use documents to save workflows. Seeds, prompts, models and other details are absolutely necessary for your 'proof of work'. If you do this as you go, then you will be able to display your artwork and clearly demonstrate your human meaningful efforts in the process.

And as I said, write Docs to document your process. If you spend 2 hours working on getting an image, you can fill a few pages with your drafts and comments to show you are 'working' on it.
