I found Util-Tec Finally

I need a Gold one for Rank 8 Rebirth

So I take the completed droid over to the upgrade area

And as long as I have enough Data Chips, I can upgrade the droid.

Now my Rebirth station is ready, and I can get permanent upgrades.
