I have been playing Rust for about one year now, even if this game is in current alpha state for quite a while now, its permanently getting updated and the performances are incredible, bellow a gameplay video,this guy is a really great Rust player and probably one of the best youtuber when it comes to providing all sorts of Rust related content. Best part of the game is you can actually make money of it by selling items on Steam Market(just the same way you would with CS:GO).
