Go to https://metamask.io/ and install Chrome extension.
Once this extension installs open it. Be sure you are on Ropsten Test Net, you can see it in the left up corner. You need to create new account here, enter your password:
Metamask creates an account for you but you can import your own wallet if you created it before. Be sure you are on Ropsten Test Net, you can see it in the left up corner.
Buy ethers. Click on big orange **BUY **button, then click on big orange button ROPSTEN TEST FAUCET. It will take you to a website. There click on this green button (don't be too greed):
