suggestion to add pin feature to shoutbox

ShoutBox is an open source global Chatzone implemented on the android platform as well as web. The objective is to connect millions of people on a global platform where they can share their views, experiences and ideas for supporting different causes in the existing society.
I would like to propose addition of feature to shoutbox application

Proposal

I’m proposing that there should be a feature on shoutbox application to pin chats to the top of all chats, when something is pin it is immovable and cannot be pushed up or down, adding this feature will help to keep some important chat at the top disallowing them from mixing up with other chats.

Benefits

Adding pin feature will allow user to locate important chat without stress whan chat is pin it more easier for the user to fetch it on time when needed without searching for it, if chat are many pin chat will allow easy location without searching the whole chat for it, it will make some chat easily reached for the user and also increase the users of the shoutbox application.
