Card of the Week 10/9: Psychic Wheeleder
This week we feature Psychic Wheeleder. Originally released in Savage Strike, what makes this card so useful is its level 3, a psychic type, and a tuner.
Thanks to the semi-limit of Emergency Teleport, this card got a whole lot easier to summon especially in Phantom Knights, who covet any level 3 monster for their strategy.
