Nestled by Vancouver's downtown is the west end, a quiet residential neighbourhood area bordered by the lively Davie St, Denman St and Robson St. Davie St is home to Vancouver's gay community and also the first permanent rainbow crosswalk in Canada. Walk down Denman St and you will be engulfed by the wonderful smells from all of the different eateries along the street. The neighbourhood is also a short walk down to the beaches and Stanley Park, what more could you ask for? The day I took this video was West Ends Car Free day, so there were a lot more events going on than there would be normally.
