Being sensitive means you're feeling more and are tuned in, which is a good thing, but I know it's hard to not get caught up in emotions when you experience so much. I always go back to the 4 Agreements

Truth! Is that where you are from originally? I love playing basketball- it's my favorite sport to play- but mostly just play with other teachers and students at my school now.

Money is energy too, right? It just depends how you want to spend it: a little more effort on planning and shopping, or more money and more convenience for food that's less fresh and may cost you in work

Glad you got to visit the area, but you're right that the NOVA area around DC is overpriced and kind of blah. I live about an hour out of DC more out in the VA country and we have a lot of great breweries
