  1. What Is Rejection? Rejection is the pain when someone doesn’t accept us for who we are. This hurts because back in the cave man days. Getting ejected from the tribe came with terrible effects, which faded our chances of survival. Fast forward to 2020 and most people seek external validation. Look at social media. We all want people to believe that we are beautiful, successful, happy, accepted and loved. This leads people to doing a lot of crazy stuff. Portraying a false image of themselves, buying cars they cant afford, wearing clothes that make them look more successful. The list goes on. But the real secret isn’t what others think about you, but what you think about you.

  2. Rejection Doesn’t Matter. There I said it. It doesn’t freaking matter. Why? Because we don’t live in small tribes anymore. If a job rejects you at the interview, you can walk down the street and find another. If a possible romantic partner doesn’t like you, guess what, there are millions of single people in the world. Move on. Rejection is actually so insignificant its amusing how many people take it so . All the pain you might feel from rejection cant hurt you, its not going to diminish your chances of survival. In fact nowadays, learning to punch through that barrier will help you stand out among the millions of the people who are too afraid of failing.

  3. People Have The Right To Reject You. You are hearing this . Anyone has the right to reject you for any reason. This isn’t mom and dads house, life is often very cruel and unfair. Letting go of the desire to be loved and worshiped by everyone is exactly what you need to do. In doing this you are learning how to love yourself. Loving yourself starts with being able to give you all the validation that you are needing. When you become ok with the fact that some people, companies, will reject you, you take the weight off of yourself of wanting to impress everyone. You can take the masks off and you can take a step closer to being who you are.

  4. As Painful As Rejection May Feel Now Its Nothing Compared To Regret. The irony of being young is the inability to feel the weight of regret. Real regret is when we realize how much of our God given potential was pissed away without the hope of ever being able to make things right. No hope of ever righting the wrongs that you made in you life. Regret is an epidemic among the human race. Don’t wait till its too late, live now, love and realize that it all can be over in the blink of an eye.
