Three tips to try and help you overcome dpdr disorder. Its tempting to want to stay in bed or never leave your house. I understand completely. But the best dpdr treatment is living life. Until they develop some pill that can make you just forget instantly, you need to get back in the game ASAP. Keep living life! I believe that adventure is the best dpdr cure.

Remember that nothing is instant and when it comes to mental health, the mind is a very complex thing. Positive changes take time and are often than not, healing takes time. So don’t give up just because it hasn’t happened as quickly as you thought it should have. A lot of the dpdr recovery stories that I have read have all had similar themes. They dedicated themselves to a life long journey of self discovery and healing and over time, they became better.

What you tell yourself is the single most important thing to recovering. People email me a lot asking me for answers and I tell them this one thing. This 1 dpdr exercise. Every time you notice yourself saying that ‘you can’t recover’ or ‘you can’t get over this.’ Stop and say ‘I can over come this.’ or ‘I can get cured.’ I know that your mind may be telling you otherwise, but you have to fill your mind with the truth. The truth will set you free from the lies of negativity. You can recover. You can overcome this. Don’t let dpdr guilt get the best of you. Learn to love yourself and you can get your life back.
