When I was going through the worst anxiety in my mid-20s, I told myself what I'm about to tell you right now.

"What you're going through, it's gonna be okay. You're going to make it out of this and are going to be okay. This isn't going to kill you, you will live through this, its only going to make you stronger."

When you're in a very difficult place, it can be impossible to see how it all will work out. Thats why its so important to become a person who hopes for the best and believes that the best is possible. If its possible, then its worth believing.

Im not sure why I believed that it was going to be alright. But I had a deep peace and I think that kind of peace only comes from God. My 20's was an insanely confusing and chaotic time. I joke at times and call it a 'shit show.' But real-talk, it was.

If you're in your 20's and are reading this, tell yourself this and believe it.

"Everything is going be okay."

Understanding the truth about your identity is one of the most important things to know. The real identity about you, is you are loved more than you could possibly ever imagine by the creator of the entire universe.

I also wished I knew to give myself a little more credit, encouraged myself more and didn't listen to the haters in my mind. I wished I would of started earlier, put my music out there and took a lot more risks.

Don't fret on every little thing that doesn't get done or that could of been done differently. Don't monitor your spiritual walk, the point is to love others and love God. So all the spiritual monitoring just takes up space in your mind and takes your focus off of living life.

Keep living life, keep going forward and always believe the best is possible.
