And while BTC has had its share of volatile price swings, its overall trend has been upward, in part due to its growing recognition as a store of value and hedge against inflation.
As global economies continue to grapple with the fallout of the Covid-19 pandemic, we are likely to see more interest in BTC and other cryptocurrencies as investors look for alternative assets that are less susceptible to inflation.
