to be fair, it's been so rubbish recently that i'm trying to not complain about the heat... we've been long overdue some nice weather!

That said, I did make an effort to get out early ish. I also know its gonna be hotter tomorrow, so needed the long run to be today, so can do a much shorter recovery run tomorrow
