Description from Strava: After stopping at the cafe, we slowly wandered back to the entrance of the park

yes I know, there are many entrances, I mean back to the entrance we used to get into the park

The rain briefly got harder, before easing off, so that by the time we got back to where the Jays were, it was just a few spots. No signs of the Jay's from this morning, but there were of course plenty of squawking Parakeets

they are a noisy bunch!

We stood here for 15-20 mins taking pictures before the rain increased again, and we decided we'd had enough. Time to head back to the hotel.

We've got a few hours to rest and relax (and dry out!) Before we head out to Pizza Express this evening for tea

Tomorrow, Kew Gardens (and hopefully some sunshine too!)

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)
