@dannewton just finished a 6.55km walk, that lasted for 72 minutes.
This walk helped dannewton burn 468.0 calories.
Description from Strava: Another casual walk home, still part of recovery mode, especially as I ran yesterday. Although it wasn't too casual of course as I had my monthly sports massage booked tonight, and it is tight for time to be able to get home from work, get changed, and head back out again.
Both myself and the massage therapist were surprised to note, that although i feel tired, and the legs feel heavy, I don't appear to have picked up any niggles or injuries. Even the one I struggled with last year (in the groin/hip adductor area) hasn't flared up either. Other than some tightness in my calves, everything seems pretty good (touch wood!)
Tomorrow will be a rest day (with the bus in and out of work) and then the plan will be for another walk/run home on Thursday

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)
