Description from Strava: First run back after the race last weekend. Wasn't sure if I was up for running home after work, but brought running kit with me today, just in case and in the end I did run home
well running short intervals, with several walking breaks to spread it out.
Legs feel a little heavy still, but on the whole I feel pretty good. I've got a proper sports massage as well tomorrow evening to look forward too, and I'm sure that will help as well
several walking breaks, including walking up the hill

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)
