@dannewton just finished a 6.36km run, that lasted for 38 minutes.
This run helped dannewton burn 549.0 calories.
Description from Strava: I mean, it just a few spots at the moment, but it is the most we have had in about 2 months. And looks like some more is due tonight... its gonna take a bit more than that to get out of the current drought, but its a start!
It does mean it is unpleasantly muggy and humid out there, and so i've arrived home dripping with sweat again. A couple of you may have noticed my running has almost stopped in the past few weeks, and part of that was due to getting absolutely fed up with heatwave after heatwave. I also had a brief mental health wobble, but I'm starting to get back on track now.
and now the temps have mostly cooled down, its easier to get outside and moving again, which also helps!

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)
