Description from Strava: Another hot run, at the end of a hot day, and a hot week... but the more interesting news is I'm now on Holiday!
It's a chance to have a well deserved break from work, and catch up on some chores around the house, but most importantly we'll be heading up to Carlisle next weekend to attend her graduation from University. As it is such a long way north, we've decided to make a mini holiday, and stay up there for a few nights.
For now, its time to try and cool down and relax, and then later this evening I'll set up my Moth Trap for what should be a very busy evening!

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)
