This run helped dannewton burn 830.0 calories.
Description from Strava: In hindsight I should have gone out earlier this morning. I had originally planned to do somewehere between 25-30k, but dialled that back due to the heatwave.
after a lazy and restful morning, I set out after lunch to do 20k, and when I started walking after 6km, I knew it was not worth pushing for that. I took the shortest route back home to 'just' reach 10km... that will do.

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)
