Description from Strava: Time for the long run off the week, and high time I extended the long run again. In the previous 8 weeks I've been doing between 18km and 22km for the long run, I've got used to the distance and I think it is time to increase it again.
I was unsure of the route, but looked back through my strava history and picked out a run I did round Cherry Willingham for 27km... that will do nicely.
I went out early-ish this morning at 9am, to avoid the heat due later in the day, but despite that I still got rather warm! Was beautiful in the sunshine though, and I saw so many people out and about in the sunshine, walking, running and cycling
The route was 8km up the bypass, before crossing the pedestrian bridge towards Cherry Willingham. There was a small diversion to do a loop around the village, before heading up past Reepham, and then joinng the A46. This road took me back to the bypass, and then from there it was an 8km run back home
Arrived back home just after 12, and time for a quick shower and a spot of lunch, before heading back out to go food shopping, and then after that I'll hopefully find some time to do some studying, before its time to start getting stuff ready for work tomorrow
