@dannewton just finished a 15.79km run, that lasted for 96 minutes.
This run helped dannewton burn 1333.0 calories.
Description from Strava: That said, it wasnt as bad as i thought it was going to be. Despite finishing at 4pm, at the hottest part of the day, the heat didn't affect the run as much as i thought it would. It did help that there was a noticeably cool breeze, and i kept crossing the roads to make the most of any available shade.
By the time i had reached the centre of town, the sun had gone behind some cloud, and even though it was still v. warm, it made a huge difference to not have the sunshine bearing down.
In fact, in the last few miles, the clouds looked like they were gonna produce some rain, but i made it home before that could happen. We are forecast a medium chance of thunderstorms this evening, and i hope we get them as it will help clear the air and cool us down
who knows, perhaps I'll manage to get some sleep tonight, compared to last nights sweat-fest!

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)
