er... basically warnings of strong winds, heavy rain, and snow across the country
This all due to Storm Goretti approaching the British shores. Essentially it is a large storm system, but due to the way it may interact with the freezing cold conditions, it is unknow to how much will fall as rain or sleet or snow.

Everytime I check the weather forcast, I get a different outcome predicted. I really want snow, although I appreciate I'm probably in the minority. As it happens, we are probably in for a hell of a lot of rain.

All this is due to start at Thursday lunchtime, and last until Saturday afternoon.
You can imagine my slight disappointment when I left work today to none of this, as we currently have thick fog, which of course no one predicted!
At least that meant it was an uneventful run home. Checking the forecast this evening looks like rain is now more likely overnight and into tomorrow morning. I will still keep fingers crossed for snow, but it will be a case of 'see what happens' when I open the curtains first thing tomorrow.
In any case I need to make sure I'm prepared for what ever rain/sleet/snow arives, as I expect an eventful walk to work tomorrow morning, regardless of whatever weather we end up getting
