Actually the photo is of the Willamette River which is the river that runs through the city, although since I mentioned the Delta Ponds and posted a picture of a body of water I can see how the post could give that impression. The Delta Ponds are is connected to the river, but there's not a steady flow through them. The part of the path that was slippery this morning is the same one that's in the photo from my post on January 24th. I hope your fishing trip goes well.
