Adonai is one of the names of God, which means "God is my master." We all know of a sure that God rules over the kingdom of heaven and earth, which makes Him the master of this entire universe. This is a form of acknowledging who He is to us as humans. No man or scientist is greater than God Almighty. He created us in His image. He has been there for us, and he keeps fighting our unforseen battles. He has never lost any war. As a result, He is acknowledged as the Master.
"Adonai" is a spiritual song that uplifts God's presence amidst mankind. It's born out of total surrender to Him as master who is a leader.
